John Turner

With over 40 years of experience in the show ring, John established Thumbs Up Farm in Seattle in 1986 with his partner, Jack. Renowned for his ability to match horses and riders, John devises safe and effective training strategies. His style combines education and entertainment, showcasing his affable personality that contributes to the success of his clients

Quinn Partridge

Quinn has been a professional with TUF since 2008, following her successful junior career that included being the 1995 West Coast AHSA Medal Finals Champion. Quinn excels in riding and training young and problematic horses, while also managing daily operations and leadership roles within USHJA and WSHJA. 

Jack Hammond

Jack Hammond, a Canadian-born trainer and rider, boasts over 38 years of experience and is a legendary figure in the NW Region World Hunter Rider Professional community, having won multiple championships from 1996 to 2012. Known for his exceptional talent in developing young horses into champions.

Alongside teaching, she manages all employees, business operations, finances, and billing at Thumbs Up Farm, ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment.

Noelle Chandler has over 20 years of experience teaching hunter, jumper, and equitation, transitioning from beginner riders to those competition in A-rated USHJA competitions. In 2022, she founded Tango Equestrian, which is a program focused on building strong, confident riders through positive and technical instruction while educating on top-notch horsemanship and horse ownership. Committed to creating happy, healthy, and competitive horses, Noelle emphasizes unique training programs tailored to each horse's need.
